Return and Pick Up Policy

RETURN AND PICK UP POLICY
Handysandco. offer a return policy of 7 days. if the 7 days after your purchase have gone by, we
unfortunately wont be able to offer you a refund or exchange of product.
Your item must be unused and in the same condition as bought or received in order to be valid for
return.

Non-returnable or refundable items
– used items: items not in its original condition or damaged or found with any missing parts after
purchase will not be accepted.

Refund Process
Refund for returned items will be processed under 7 working days after returns have been received
and inspected. if and after approval, then your refund will be processed.

Exchange
we only replace products that are damage and defected on our terms.

Customer Pickup
If you choose to pick up your merchandise, Handysandco. will need 48 hours advance notice to stage
and inspect your order. It is in the customers best interest to bring proper equipment to secure
items in your vehicle, or trailer. All items must be paid for in the full amount before items are to be
released to the customer. Any damage or defects are the responsibility of the customer
Handysandco. releases the merchandise.

Delivery and Set-Up
For a nominal fee Handysandco. will deliver any of the items purchased from Handysandco. Due to
liability issues our delivery personnel will not move furnishings other than the items sold by
Handysandco. Delivery personnel will not install televisions, electronics, appliances, or any
electronic devices other than those items that are sold by Handysandco. (i.e., power lift chairs,
power recliners, lamps, clocks, except the one sold by Handysandco.). Due to liability restrictions,
delivery personnel will not pick up any used furniture. Any exceptions to this must be arranged prior
to your new items being delivered and presented in writing.

Returns
Items purchased from stock can be returned in like new condition within 7 working days. We reserve
the right to refuse any return item for any reason. Items that have been damaged in home, damaged
by the customer in transit, or show signs of misuse, items that have stains, soiling, or that have been
in contact with animals will be refused. All returned items must be pre-authorized before they are
brought to the store.

Damaged & Missing Parts
If something arrives from us that looks damaged, or if parts are missing, please notify us right away.
We will work to help you get needed replacements as quickly as possible at no extra charge.

In case you receive a damaged product, please bring it to the notice of the delivery personnel
immediately.
Our team will assess the damage and get back to you within 2 business days. Depending on the
degree of damage, we will either repair the product, or offer you a replacement.
